Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery services across the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship to international locations.
Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail as our trusted courier service to ensure your products reach you in excellent condition. Our available delivery options include:
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 working days.
Please note, all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery: £3.85 on all orders.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on orders over £45.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the items in your basket and your delivery address.
Processing Times
Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable). You can track your order through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. If you receive an order that appears to be damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@artemis-curated.com.
Missing or Delayed Orders

We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or adverse weather conditions.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns for food supplements if the plastic seal has been removed unless the item is faulty or damaged. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. See our Returns Policy for further details.
